Rejenevie Therapeutics: A Subsidiary of PranaX Corporation

Company Background
Rejenevie Therapeutics, a subsidiary of PranaX Corporation, has a history dating back to its founding in 2013. The company’s mission, as outlined on rejenevie.com, is to give patients an improved and extended quality of life.

Mechanism
The core mechanism of Rejenevie Therapeutics is to chronologically reset the aging immune system using factors released by young hematopoietic stem cells. This process bolsters the body’s ability to fight infections and age-related diseases.

Patents
Rejenevie has a strong intellectual property portfolio, with 15 patents granted across 6 patent families and 25 patents pending across 7 patent families. The company dedicated five years to develop a human adaptation of the parabiosis model and used safety and efficacy data to support their immune restoration technology. Their Transwell system, which separates young and aged immune cells, plays a pivotal role in the process.

Results
Preclinical studies conducted by Rejenevie notably enhanced aging stem cell and immune functions with no safety issues. The transwell mechanism revealed that young exosomes and their microRNA cargo were the primary drivers of the restorative effect. These findings enabled Rejenevie to conduct groundbreaking aging studies in an approved phase I clinical program in the Bahamas, yielding significant safety and efficacy results.

Houston Healthspan Innovation Group: A Subsidiary of PranaX Corporation

Company Background
PranaX Corporation’s subsidiary, Houston Healthspan Innovation Group (HHIG), was founded in 2015. Their mission, detailed on houstonhealthspan.com, is to restore and extend healthy living by leveraging advanced stem cell therapies.

Mechanism
HHIG operates as an accelerator that researches and advises biotech startups. One such startup is Rejenevie Therapeutics, which specializes in immune restoration aging therapy. Another example is the Okyanos Center for Regenerative Medicine, a stem cell clinic located in Freeport, Bahamas. This clinic implements clinical protocols from TissueGenesis and Rejenevie to treat patients for various diseases and disorders. Additionally, there is a joint venture with Bahamas Plastic Surgery in Nassau, Bahamas.

HHIG excels in catalyzing innovation in the life sciences field, with a primary focus on advancing regenerative medicine and immune restoration treatments. They conduct independent research and advise early-stage biotech and life science companies with the goal of driving innovation in regenerative medicine.

Results
Through Okyanos Center for Regenerative Medicine, HHIG was able to deliver a wide-ranging stem cell treatment menu to its clientele. Unfortunately, the clinic was destroyed in 2019 by Category 5 Hurricane Dorian. However, over 500 patients were treated across a wide range of indications from 2015-2019, demonstrating tremendous clinical safety and efficacy outcomes in orthopedic, neurological, and autoimmune diseases.
